We want you to feel confident shopping with ZERO. If you're not completely happy with your experience or the product you receive, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unopened and unused, in the same condition you received it
  • In its original sealed packaging, for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

🚫 Note: We cannot accept returns of opened or used items due to strict health and safety standards.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please email us at help@tryzero.co.uk - please ensure you include your order number.

We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide full instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

  • Used or opened ZERO inhalers
  • Used or opened Flair flavour refills
  • Custom or personalised products
